Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

The NUVIO service ("NUVIO", "we", "us") is operated by Adrián Valdés (Nuviocash) (the "Seller"). By using the service, you agree to enter into a contract with the Seller on the terms set out below. If you are using NUVIO on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you are using NUVIO as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, uploading a document, or otherwise using NUVIO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

NUVIO provides AI-assisted analysis of financial documents (invoices, contracts, subscriptions) and related tools such as market comparison, savings estimates and cancellation assistance. Outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.

4. Account and credentials

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use NUVIO for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy;
  • send spam, malware or otherwise interfere with the security of the service;
  • probe, scan, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or its underlying systems;
  • resell, redistribute or sublicense the service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, models, documentation and branding, is owned by the Seller and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NUVIO within the plan you have subscribed to. You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.

7. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, renewals, currency conversion and applicable taxes are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions.

9. AI outputs and accuracy

NUVIO uses generative and machine-learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. NUVIO is not a substitute for professional advice from a lawyer, accountant or licensed financial adviser. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for having the rights to any content you upload. We may moderate, restrict or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that repeatedly submit infringing or prohibited content.

10. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 14 days in advance where reasonably practicable.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of the Seller's place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

16. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
