GDPR / RGPD Compliance

1. Legal basis

NUVIO processes personal data under the legal bases of contract execution (providing the service) and consent (for optional analytics and marketing).

2. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to privacy@nuvio.app to exercise them.

3. Data storage

All data is stored in EU data centers with AES-256 encryption at rest. We retain data only while your account is active plus a short legal retention window.

4. Sub-processors

NUVIO uses vetted sub-processors (Stripe for billing, cloud OCR providers, hosting). All sign GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements.
